CG3D was founded by Bill Fletcher, a SUNY Oswego graduate with a Bachelor of Technology in Facilities Planning and Management. With over a decade of experience spanning roles at Ramboll, HALE TIP, and IPD Engineering, Bill saw firsthand how inaccurate documentation led to costly rework and delays.
Today, CG3D serves general contractors, mechanical contractors, architects, and engineers across Central New York and beyond. We combine field scanning expertise with advanced Revit modeling to deliver BIM solutions that save time, reduce risk, and improve project outcomes.
