The site is provided for informational purposes — to describe services, share project examples, and accept inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site (e.g., scraping at scale, attempting to bypass access controls, uploading malicious content).
Intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, images, models, point clouds, and the CG3D mark — is owned by CG3D LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written consent.
Project engagements
This site is not a contract. Engagement of CG3D for laser scanning, scan-to-BIM, BIM coordination, or any other service is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Pricing, scope, deliverables, and warranties are defined in that agreement.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all content is current.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CG3D LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
