Our terrestrial laser scans deliver sub-millimeter point accuracy and are typically registered to within 1/8 inch over a full building. That accuracy is sufficient for sheet metal fabrication, prefabrication coordination, and historic preservation documentation.

Scan-to-BIM produces an intelligent, parametric Revit model from point cloud data — usable for design, coordination, and clash detection. As-built documentation captures existing conditions as drawings, models, or both for record-keeping, renovation planning, and facility management.
